Anybody here using limewire? Is it worth downloading or is it a bunch of spyware crap, I dont want to get flooded with a bunch of junk like Kazaa does. Should I steer clear of it or is there something better? Any suggestions would be great.

Kazaalite is pretty decent, but I've heard that Gnutella is the Cadillac of P2P networks.

Soulseek is the best P2P network you can possibly get. No frills, no BS, not a single pop-up or anything. Takes a little while to really realize its full capabilities, but its worth it.

If only you lived in the Mac world; AcquisitionX is where it's at.
I used LimeWire for a while but found the software to be full of bugs.

I tried Limewire, but also found it to have some spyware. I still have dozens of gnutella hits on my firewall after only trying it for a week.

GNUTELLA....
Can somebody tell me what the deal is? I finally decided to check it out, and went to gnutella.com to download the program, and it doesn't seem to be "a" program. There are more than half a dozen different Guntella programs for Windows. Which is the music sharing client? And if they all are, what's the best one?
