Big day for me today. I found out that I passed the NY Bar Exam and now am officially a Lawyer.

Awesome!! Congratulations :jump By the way, where are you from? You stated that you passed the NY bar but your flag is Canadian and it states you are from Windsor. I am confused....
Also, what kind of law do you plan to practice?

Seriously though, what is the NY Bar like? Is it all practical situations: "If murderer "A" pleads insanity...", or is it multiple choice or circle the tort? What's the structure of the test?

Thanks for all the congrads, I appreciate it.
As for the exam SD, it was tough. 250 multi choice, 5 big essays and a practical challenge part. 12 hours in total spread over two days.
As for the exam, yes its all about IDing the issue and discussing it.

YAY!! I had a cousin take that a few years ago and he said it was really tough. Congrats!!! Now you just need to find a law firm or start your own!
