Apperentally The Tragically Hip like Trailer Park boys, which is filmed very close to me in Dartmouth, NS. I have to admit it is funny, I have seen a few shows.

the trailerpark boys were up for a gemini last night. i dont think they got it. personally i think its low brow. i love low brow but this isnt really that funny.

Yea, it is really low. I have to agree with that. I just find it funny because there are people on this earth like the charactors played on that show.

It's kind of like people here in the US falling over the show Jackass. It's honestly quite stupid and vulgar, but I love it as well!

yeah jackass rocks. dont campare trailerpark boys to jackass. different league. tom green is comparable to jackass.

What a sad loss. Such a great talent. "I am the liquor" is one of my favourite lines and delivery of a line ever. I always loved The Hip's connection with the boys from Sunnyvale -- The Darkest One video, Gord's cameo in the movie, etc. Canadiana at its finest. And I gotta say, I've always seen a physical resemblance between Lahey and Gord D. I always thought Gord could have played his son. Sleep well, Mr. Lahey. You will be missed.

I have a buddy who works in the Canadian Film industry. He messaged me last night, and told me about his friend who did set design and photography for The Trailer Park Boys movie.
With his permission, I was told I could share some photos from the shoot that I don't think have been published anywhere before.
