Wow, what a great review. I think I should listen to this band!

I like the "on the street you would mistake him for an accountant." I've always thought it was cool the way Downie morphs from his giant stage presence down to a diffident, vaguely shy figure in interviews.

INDEED!--an excellent review--print it and give to the musically illiterate in your circle of friends who just dont get it(we all have them)--when they ask---"THe Hip huh? whadda they sound like?"-------my answer is always ---look i dont have the time time to, nor the explanation--you just have to hear them for yourself ----------
