yes thats what im saying. I don't think that is the case with everyone but it just seems a little strange in this case.

I don't know, I think she could have made a better statement by asking that O'Reilly be fired, rather than sue for 60 million. OR sue for the money and state that it is all to be given to charity.

I agree, suing doesn't make it all better. It won't heal any emotional scars. If I had stayed in my job and they didn't do anything about the bastard who sexually harrassed me, I would have sued the company!
There is really no price you can put on what happened to me or to her. Funny thing is, mine was physical and I was scared shitless of what might have happened if we had been alone.

O'Reilly is a tax-cut loving conservative. Nothing hits home like a hit to the wallet. I honestly think some of those people don't realize they've broken the law until money is being taken out of their pockets by the court, and rightly so.
