Just wondering what people think. I lost my 2 tickets to the DC show. There web site says: "Once tickets are received, they are like cash and will not be replaced or refunded if lost or destroyed"
So my question is should I say I never received them or lost them???

I ordered my tickets for the DC show on the first day of the presale. I received them less than two weeks after my order. I am from the Detroit area.
I had a ticket order confirmation #. Did you ask CC Tickets.com to track your order to see what may have happened?

Honesty is the best policy. I got my tickets just over a week after I ordered them.

I wouldn't say you didn't receive them. You lost them and the company shouldn't have to give you free ones.

I called today and they said, " If the tickets don't get there by 48 hours before the show, we will have them at the willcall for you".

i couldn't find my tickets to the liverpool vs porto soccer game in toronto about a month ago and i called ticketmaster up and told them that they were lost, they said that they would cancel those tickets and issue me new ones, at a cost of course....they said they were going to charge me $10 but when i went to pick them up they just gave them to me
