Looks like another probable trip to the Metro Centre for me. Last time I saw the Hip was at the Metro Centre. December 12, 2000 I think was the date.

Oh gee wow, I can't wait to see them at the Metro Centre with 13,000 others. Thanks to the band for making sure they played a venue where I can get great seats three weeks after tickets go on sale. :rambo:

Does it seem crazy to anyone else that they're playing the civic center in Ottawa? That place is tiny! Why like the SAddledome and the ACC, and then the CIVIC center? seems crazy. Anyone?

I was just about to mention the same thing. Although last time they played here indoors at the Corel Centre the concert didn't sell out, I would think that with all the hype in this area after Bluesfest, and the never-ending playing of Hip songs on the Bear (as well as the reminder every 10 minutes whose playing their 10th anniversary show), that they would opt for the Corel Centre... but the sound at the Corel Centre does suck... so I'm not all that dissapointed
