Lyrics... no longer on thehip.com? - grooveless touque - 07-31-2004

Anybody got any idea where the lyrics to all the albums are posted now that the Hip have a new site? I wanted to send some of the lyrics from the new album to a friend as proof that Gord is a poet, not just a singer-songwriter, but I can't find them anywhere. I expected that, as in the past, the discography entry would let you select songs to view the lyrics, but this time all you can do is listen to samples. Little help?

Brazle - unless it's too late to stop you, I don't think that's necessary. The whole reason I was looking for copy and paste lyrics is I am too lazy to bother typing them out from the CD booklet myself! You better be on a crack rush if you're seriously going to do this...hope it doesn't waste too much time Big Grin

This is what I use when I need to cut and paste. Be careful though, some of the lyrics are wrong, I know I've corrected them before, and there are typos but it's better than typing it out all by hand!

Nope. I already got ALL the lyrics from the albums and then some live rants and unreleased songs. I actually meant the IBE; I didn't have them linked on my site yet... Now I do... :thumb:
