I thought I read about a new arena in Kingston in the Globe a WHILE back. My memory is muddy, but is the thing done, or has it just been approved for construction, or is it all just one big corrupt building project?

If the new barn is ready, I put money on NYE@Home.

Construction hasn't even begun; so there won't be a Kingston arena show this year.
