Gord has lost his killer instinct. -

I've noticed that at the three shows I've been to, and during the Mod club gig, Gord is not the murderous monster he used to be.
Oh, he still brings out the gun, and he even aimed and cocked it at a few people in Ottawa, but he always thinks twice, and then apologetically slips it into the back of his jeans with an "I'm so sorry, what was I thinking?!" smirk on his face...
I don't think he's shot a single person this tour!
It might have something to do with the current world scene, but dammit, I miss the PP tour when he'd go on nightly shooting spree's... and even break out the shotgun once and a while!

I could have swore he shot someone in Sudbury on Saturday. He didn't seem too sorry either. During Silver Jet?
Did anyone notice that?
Out came the pistol, a quick aim and a shot, then back into the holster.

Maybe with all his kids and the other band members' kids there, he has decided to curb the violence!

He did get the gun out once at Darien, but did not shoot it..didn't really even aim it...if I remember right.

Sadly no, that was the reason for this thread actually. He brought it out, just like in Ottawa and Wasaga, aimed it, thought about it... and with that lips pursed, eyes to the sky, shaking head expression, placed it back into the holster unfired.

Loaded it on Canada day, I saw no shot, maybe because you know...wouldn't be nice to shoot a fellow Canadian on the great day.

I could have sworn he shot someone at the Amp, the person was to Gord's right.
Maybe is was just a fake-out, or maybe he had a blank loaded...
