The writer of this article is great. I enjoy almost everything he writes in the News.
Bob Dylan even changed his concert intro he had for 100 years after reading one of his articles.

Copenhagen: refers to on of those calls in the middle of the night that changes everything...the song is essentially about sobriety. Could this song reflect why they cancelled the one show over seas last tour?

I thought it was pretty clear that "Are We Family" is Canada herself asking the question in a kind of "C'mon we need to put this racist BS to bed for good..." way. The Reena Virk line (Pakistanin Teen...) and GD's interview cemented that for me.

To each their own I guess.

I wish here in the Detroit area the radio stations or the press would give some time to these guys. 89X our so-called alt rock station used to play them quite a bit, however that stopped around DFN. I remember them playing the Palace of Auburn hills in 99. 89X sposored the show but hardly played them. Banners up all over the arena, contests...etc, but very little airplay....Do we really need to hear the same Dashbord confessional song every hour?

Does anybody remember a couple of years ago when the hip were in Europe doing some shows and had to cancel because of a "Family Emergency"? I wonder if that is what inspired Copenhagen?[/i]
