anyone in the buffalo area the strictly hip at the sunset grille in Wilson , New York

wife and i w/ another couple going for dinner then the show they hit the stage at 10 pm

I've heard that place in Wilson is one of the nicest plays to see them play. I like Mickey Rats myself, or Pearl Street after Sabres games. These guys truly are the best Hip cover band out there.

I think if we were to get a Hipbase party ever organized, we should try to get these guys to play it. They know basically every song and play them really well. And they are open to any requests!

Anybody ever in the Buffalo or Niagara area check em out

Jeremy's debut album has just dropped. If any of you hipbases wanna support a great new artist go out and buy this cd. Its only7 bucks. Ive heard the disc and its fantastic. also they will be playing at the continental in buffalo on sept 18 with toronto's own alun piggins and the quitters (<!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.alunpiggins.com">www.alunpiggins.com</a><!-- w -->)

I used to play in a band with Alun called Stratochief. He's is an amazing singer/songwriter that more people need to wrap their ears around!

We made the trip out there strictly for the show. Got there at 10:10 and it was silent. No band, no music. I was like, uh oh...something is up. Oh well, we went to check out another live band that was playing a few doors down in Wilson.

Yeah, it was Wilson Boat House...but wasn't sure the name of the band. They didn't do much for me, but by this time I needed a drink! Smile
