For any iTunes users out there, IBE is up and ready for download (provided you live in the US and/or have US-based friends willing to set you up).

But just remember that Cdn fans could purchase/preview tracks early on from puretracks.com whereas we in the States didn't have that option from that website. Tit for tat, I guess.

IBE is currently #45 on the iTunes music store top 100 albums...for the US that's not bad!

I might buy it for my iPod mini too then.
Anyone else find that songs uploaded from cd aren't as good quality as the digital mac version when played on iPods particularly using the iTrip? Is there any tweaking that can be done?

cratch: Anyone know?

Sabina:
Check your import settings in iTunes. You might be set at a low quality for the rip from CD.
The iTunes Music Store uses AAC 128 kbps encoding. You may be importing from CD using MP3 also at 128. I believe AAC gives you better quality - and slightly smaller files sizes at the same kbps when compared to MP3.
