Anyone else alittle happy that the lakers are going to loose this year. Well lets hope its over and done with tonight. If it is one team in the NBA that doesnt deserve the championship its gotta be LA. And if LA cant do it then maybe the entire team should be re-evaluated. I mean it is a starting 5 all-star team.
Shaq and kobe...already won 3 times in the last 5

I dont really care, the raptors were out long ago, but i was just hoping, that the disgustingly rich lakers organization would loose this season. GO DETROIT

Wow, you mean there's actually sports out there that aren't played on a big sheet of ice? The funny thing is I didn't even know the NBA playoffs were happening until I read this thread. Shows how much I know about basketball. In my defense though, I've been living in a Calgary Flames playoff bubble for the past 2 months, and I've just recently discovered the outside world again.

WOO HOO GO PISTONS! I've hated the lakers ever since I was Celtics fan back in the 80's. I was and still am a HUGE Larry Bird fan. There are other reasons to hate the Lakers though, Kobe and Shaq are just two. They are both assholes in my book. Also, I think Malone, who I used to have great respect for in hte 80's, need to just give it up he's making himself look as greedy as Shaq.
I really wish the Timberwolves had made it. I saw them play in Jan and it must have been tough to get past them because they were AWESOME!

I'll never forget that draft from SkyDome. I was fifteen and knew nothing about basketball. Raptors took Stoddamire, and I thought: "Well, Isaiah knows little guys... so he must be a winner." And then Vancouver took the big goofy white guy...
cratch: Even at fifteen, with ZERO basketball knowledge, I knew you don't take the big goofy white guy. 'Twas all down hill from there...
