IVL Question - Rye - 08-25-2002

What songs does Gord play guitar on, on IVL?
What songs from IVL does Gord play guitar live on?

- mrlayance - 08-25-2002

I am just going by memory

IVL
The Dark Canuck (I think)

Nautical Disaster
New Orleans Is Sinking
Giftshop
Ahead By A Century

Thats all I can remember right now. Too early in the morning...

He's playing guitar on Nautical Disaster now!? I sure hope not...

I like Gord to just sing on the older tunes.

gord doesn't play guitar on Dark Canuck.......in toronto he was lying on the ground, sitting on the speaker, singing on his knees, it would be the highlight of August 1st for shiznit.

From the halifax show,

Use It Up
Bobcaygeon
Ahead By A Century
The Dire Wolf

Thats all I can think of.

gord gtr - lubineski - 08-28-2002

From memory, Gord plays on...

New Orleans
Boots
Lionized
Wheat Kings
Daredevil (this was his first appearnace w/a guitar on stage, back on the D4N tour)
Scared
Gift
ABAC
700 ft.
Sherpa
Put It Off
Planet
Bobc
Thompson
Membership
Fireworks
Vapour
Chagrin
Escape
Lake Fever
Putting Down
Bastard
Freak
Good Life
Dire Wolf
...there's definitely some more IVL tunes, but I haven't seen the tour yet. There was a Gord setlist with chords on for Springtime for this tour, so he may have started playing gtr on that as well. He definitely doesn't play on Nautical.

Nice list lubineski
Smile

Excellent list, thank you very much. I have sixth row, and fourth row seats for the Winnipeg shows so I SHOULD have a good view of what Gord plays guitar on. Big Grin

I always wondered who played the acoustic on DD, so that answers my question!
