When I introduced myself in the FAQs, I mentioned I was totally infatuated with Gord Downie. That's kinda inspired me to start a thread about Gord Downie lust.

However, there are four other guys in the group so I thought I'd be fair and make this thread to include the entire band.

Gord D...*drool* . He's only one of two celebrities I have have ever had fantasies about. I just love, the intelligence, the writing, the personality, the humor, the voice, those BLUE EYES, that smile...oh my....the fact he's a musician doesn't hurt either. I've always been a sucker for a musician.

Anyway, I sound like a teenager, not that that is a bad thing, but I'm 30 years old! LOL!

BTW, I also think that Johnny Faye is a doll but I LUST after Gord Downie.

Funny thing is, I realized just the other day, Gord kinda looks like an old boyfriend of mine, except for eye color and hair color and the ex-boyfriend wore glasses, but they have the same face, same kind of skin, nasal voices, and the same body even! The ex is just a bit shorter though, by at least 6 inches. There's a b&w promo pic of the band where Gord looks EXACTLY like my ex-bf, minus the glasses. Saddest part, when I dated this guy, I had no idea who Gord Downie was, however, I had heard of The Hip!

So ladies, or guys if you swing that way, let's hear it.

Yes! The lust thread rules!

No tonly is he the hottest man of all time, but he is definately the COOLEST man of all time. Back when I was about 16 I went to my first show and had like 5th row on the floor and I was like "this man is the coolest man of all time"

so the obsession pretty much followed from there and has been holding strong for liek 10 years now. He's just so.... hot Tongue

Has anyone else ever noticed how much the man sweats? it's INSANE. I don't think I ever even have that much liquid in my body.

So people join us in the Gord lust! it's a good place to be! Really. Obsession is healthy! Big Grin
