Further to grats99 post about the 1st single being released on April 8th.
The song they are releasing will be "Vaccination Scar" which can be heard at select Canucks home games. From what i heard of it during the game it does rock.
I was just chatting with a friend of mine at Universal Music and i asked about an album title and he said he hasn't heard one yet.
There was a reference made to it being "Classic Hip".
How good is that!!!!
O i can't wait

Hmm, well I guess I was wrong about Ballroom.
Do bands normally release a different single than what they been playing? But than again I guess they just played Joe and Ballroom twice Camrose (I think) and edgefest.

We all have what in common? A vaccincation scar? If I have one, I've never seen it. And to the best of my knowledge, it's not that I can't find it, it's that I don't have one.
Now I feel left out....

huh, I thought everyone besides people living in third worlds countries have been vaccinated at some point in their lives,I don;t know thats just the feeling I'm getting from that title, like a commomality we share.......maybe their alluding to the sars thing.

Hey i was at the Canucks game tonight.....and wow what a game it was.
"Vaccination Scar" was played during the 1st intermission and i did my best to listen to it carefully but it's hard to hear at times in an arena as you all probably know.
From what i did catch the song is driven by slide guitar like Born In The Water. Of course that whining sound could have been from us Canucks fans as the 'Lanche gave us the business. The song does sound radio friendly and should help when it comes to getting alot of radio airplay.
As good as "It's a Good Life..."" is, in my opinion it wasn't a solid choice as 1st single as it was kinda slow and melodic, which did make it a great song, but not one that you could crank up and tap your feet to. "Vaccination Scar" is the opposite and will hopefully be blasting out the radio airwaves for alot longer than "It's A Good Life..."
I believe "Vaccination Scar" was the only song to be played tonight but i may be wrong.

I've been thinking about that to but I personally don't have anything to record it with that would even make it possible to tell the song from any other song amidst a bunch of loud screaming fans.
I wish i did though...it'a great idea.
