Thats right, just a month away. I heard it 20 min ago on 97.7 HTz Fm in st. catharines. They will have and play the song on april 8th. They say their going to be the first to have it so if you guys want to hear it you can listen in at <a class="postlink" href="http://www.htzfm.com">www.htzfm.com</a>

When the date gets closer im sure they will tell us when exactly they'll be playing it. My guess will be at 6.00 pm with their Music notes program.. I'll keep ya posted!!! :jump

Wow! Good I wonder what it will be? I have a feeling it will be Ballroom. But who knows? It's funny that June for the album felt so far away, and no April feels so far away for the new song. :mrgreen:

Considering that they released "It's a Good Life" to radio a mere weekend before IVL was released, I think it's a safe bet we'll see the record sometime before mid-June....but this is all speculation....and isn't that what makes it so fun? :thumb:

Of course they could be stretching out the release of the new CD and building anticipation by playing new singles from the record :jump :jump

I think if the whole record is done - and obviously songs are completely finished, mixed & mastered if they're being played at Canucks games - we'll see the record a month sooner than it's supposed to come out. I think end of April/beginning of May is quite possible. And hopefully likely.

So will it be on the FTPs, or even better Kazaa by the 9th? Does that usually happen or do mp3s generally start popping up after the record comes out?

What I've found through experience is that the first couple of weeks after a new single is played on the radio, it pops up on Kazaa, but a majority of the copies on Kazaa will be "seeded" by labels looking to trap IP addresses or they'll be heavily distorted to frustrate downloaders. My advice is, wait for the album to come out ( with patience if possible Tongue
