VCDs - chancellor - 01-26-2004

hey guys, I need some help. Ok i have just downloaded the 2 sommerville shows from the hundredth meridian and planning on turning them into vcds. How would i go about making the vcd so i can it broken down into tracks so i can skip to certain songs as need be.
