Accommodations in Kingston Aug 20 -
Jbourgeois - 06-08-2016
Just booked a room at Queen's University Residences for $50. The lady I spoke to said there weren't many rooms left for the 20th.
Pretty good price for a bed/breakfast walking distance from the K-Rock center.

I also bought a ticket for the Kingston Penn tour for Sunday morning. Not many of those left either.

I could be wrong about breakfast, but maybe I was thinking about the Ottawa Jail hostel I also booked for this trip.

Thank you for the link. I booked two nights. It seems every other hotel room in Kingston is booked for the show. I was getting worried.

Good to see people on here staying at the same place... would be great to pick a spot for pre/post-show drinks and food the afternoon or late evening of the 20th.

Me and my 3 amigos are also staying at Queens. I had a feeling it may get bumping in the Res!

I'm staying at a friends up by the Cat Centre, but if I party too hard and can't find an Uber, I'm in. Hahaha

I've got a room that I rented online when the dates were announced for Kingston but I never got tickets so I am about to cancel my reservation.
If anyone wants it please let me know and I will see about getting the reservation names changed.
It is at the Kingston Knights Inn. There are 2 Queen beds and the total is $134.

I never got tickets either, but I'm still going, gonna keep my room and take my kiddos and just be apart of the joy and celebrate the day in a city I've always wanted to see and like buddy said In the other thread, they will be putting together a bash for the Hip and citizens alike like no other and I want to be there for it. :jump

Just found a room at the Quality Inn & Suites; figured I should grab it because there are virtually no rooms available for Kingston that night. I may drive back to Ottawa following the show, but at least I have a room if I need it.

I made those residences bump for eight glorious months in 1999/2000
