SOME TRAGICALLY HIP FANS LINED UP OUTSIDE THE K-ROCK CENTRE TODAY -- HOPING TO BE THE FIRST TO GET THEIR HANDS ON A NEW PIECE OF COLLECTIBLE MERCHANDISE. AFTER GETTING THE "GO AHEAD" FROM THE BAND, THE KINGSTON FRONTENACS STORE IS SELLING THEIR A LIMITED EDITION "THE TRAGICALLY HIP WAY" STREET SIGN. ONLY 500 SIGNS ARE AVAILABLE AND THEY ARE SELLING FAST. EACH SIGN IS BEING SOLD FOR 20-DOLLARS .... WITH ALL PROCEEDS GOING TO THE UNITED WAY.

Justin Chenier

"The fact that we can donate all of the proceeds to the united way kind of fits the model of what the band is trying to do, which is help out when they can. You know as a hockey club and a business in Kingston we found it to be our duty as well."

I would also like a couple of signs. If anyone in Kingston can get some, I'll take two and pay you for your troubles!

Thanks,
John

Cool idea.
But wouldn't this just be the same as making our own?

Re: Frontenacs Release Tragically Hip Fan Signs - chris - 09-29-2013

I'm heading to Kingston in a couple of weeks - if there are any available I will happily buy and ship for anyone who wants one.

Pay up front, include tax and shipping. If they aren't available I'll issue a refund.

For PayPal: chris at hipfans. It's a dot com.

Sure.

Re: Frontenacs Release Tragically Hip Fan Signs - chris - 10-02-2013

I have five signs. Two folks have already sent me PMs and we've arranged payment details. That leaves three signs. $20 each + shipping + tax.

I'll be able to send them out after Canadian Thanksgiving.
