Negative. They haven't played Art Park in a few years, maybe he meant he saw them at one of the shows from back then..

was asking a question as i did not think they were playing there nor did i hear anything about it? they have been known to do surprise shows though? so were the hip at art park on friday night? me i think he might have seen a cover band?

Strictly Hip played the Regatta in Youngstown, New York Friday night outdoors. Mayby the sound carried that way, and that's what he heard.
