So do I actually, do you have the disc? It's a good album :thumb:

Tomorrow (11/25) The Counting Crows release their "greatest hits". I put this in quotes b/c its not based on radio play or even necessarily fan favorites, but two songs from every year of the past decade that the band has been together. I'm really looking forward to it!!

I can't wait for the new Incubus album. Due Feb 3rd. :thumb:
I'm thinking that it will be along the same lines as morning view though. I guess the days of S.C.I.E.N.C.E are long gone.

I'm still waiting for Dylan's Live '64...those morons at Columbia were going to release it this year and then decided not. It's sitting wherever it is, in the vault, fully mixed & mastered, waiting for release...but we're being kept waiting ad infinitum.

Last album I picked up was Neil Young's On the Beach, It's awesome...first time it's been released on CD. I'll probably get the Counting Crows Greatest Hits and my first Black Crowes album, Lions, soon...been liking a couple of the songs I DL'd off that album!

Hey Leslie,
Are you referring to Train wreck..?? (I think that is #5) I don't know much about Seal, so I can't help you there
Give it some time, I think you will warm up to it :thumb:

Also, do you have Fumbling Towards Ecstacy??
I believe that is her best cd to date.

- grooveless touque - 11-25-2003

I second that. I got FTE first and was dissapointed with the rest of her albums. She really found her element with that record and never really recaptured it IMHO...she's got some good stuff on other albums but FTE is the only brilliantly original album if hers methinks. Still...she's better than most.

- AmbitionlessHipster - 11-25-2003

Fumbling is a fabulous album... she plays a bunch of those songs on the Freedom Sessions CD which is killer.

I thought Surfacing was pretty good too...

Er, Jen... as for the Seal... I Don't know too much about him either, and i wish i knew which song it was so i could tell ya.. just sounds familar (the instrumentation)
Meh
I know she is way better than that

Am I the only one chewing his nails off in anticipation of the new Velvet Revolver record?
