I've always been a Green supporter (and indeed that political compass that the CBC released indicated that's who my ideals most align with) but with all of the support the Liberals have been throwing behind and publicizing regarding financial breaks for students, I'm thinking they're gonna get my vote.

The Liberal party is pure, unadulterated garbage. I'm sorry, but it's the truth. I mean, pretty much every politician is a useless piece of garbage, but the Liberals make the Conservatives look like honest, good-willed patrons.

How about keeping comments relevant to the Topic at hand? i.e. one of the Hip's members backing the Liberals. Otherwise maybe start another topic in the Non Tragically Hip discussion Forum.
I would think most artists fall somewhere left of any Conservative political orientation, so it’s not surprising to see Mr. Baker support the Liberal cause. Good on ya Robbie!
