Hipbase Fantasy Hockey 2010 - Drez7 - 09-30-2010
It's that time of year again. I know we've always had great participation and usually have a couple leagues going. I've got the ball rolling for those that want to take a shot at board bragging rights!
There are room for 12 teams. If it fills fast we can create a second league. Top 8 make playoffs!

Create a team...it's free. Pre-rank your players, set your draft status to ready and you're set to go.
The draft is on autopick to make it fair. It seemed to be easiest to accommodate the majority this way. If people want to do a live draft we can set a date/time before the season. Post thoughts here.

quick question- I tried to join again this year ( I was nautical disaster last season) and when I hit the link, it says I can not join. any ideas why, I would be happy to be one of the four remaining teams. any help would be appreciated

Seems like a lot of the same faces (er names) as last year. I ah, actually kinda drifted away from last years, but promise (hopefully) will stay with it until the end. Fuck, if we had even a little money incentive it could get pretty wicked.

League is now full. Sorry about that link. I didn't realize that it only worked for those already signed up.
Good luck to the 12 teams in this year!
I will change the draft status to "ready" Tuesday night. Please pre-rank your players if you want before this time (10 pm eastern). If you leave it alone, it will give you the preset Yahoo NHL rankings. The draft order is completely random and the draft runs 1 through 12 and 12 back down to 1.
Check the league page --> My Team late Wed/early Thurs. to see the players drafted for you by Yahoo. Make any add/drops you wish. I believe the NHL starts Thursday so everything should be set to go in advance.
If for some reason you were shut out this year, maybe someone else here can start up a second league. It is really quick and simple.

Yep...check your rosters! Just in time for the start of the season...
Hopefully it worked out for the best for everyone. If not, let the trades begin!!
