Sorry if this is all old and common knowledge. I tried to search for it, but came up empty.

Why did they only release a part of the Nov 23/1996 concert on this CD. I think 4 tracks are missing from the main set, and none of the encores are there. I was quite disappointed with that info when I found out (of course, live Hip performances are much easier to get now, including "That Night In Toronto"). I would love for this album to be re-issued with the full performace.

Any reason why this was cut? Has there been any talk of an extended reissue (or has there ever been one)?

It was ended where it ends because it fit a single disc; and Gord closed the show with Bon nuit...

There are 2 songs not on the album that are available for download via the Live 10 series...Bones on Vol 2 and Locked on Vol 3
