Powerful/Inspiring/Amazing Live Performances - CanuckCourage - 10-15-2008

Hey, got this idea after watching this Melanie performance from some time around 70/71, from what I understand is in Germany. The crowd being a rather cold conservative bunch and Melanie and the rest of the band playing their hearts out, and Melanie Safka displaying what an amazingly powerful voice she has. Anyone else have some links to great performances ?

No links right now but anything by Micheal Franti and Spearhead will do the trick.

Nov. 6th in Toronto for anyone interested.

Promise that it will be one of the great live show you will ever see if you go.
New album All Rebel Rockers is amazing.

Man that's freaky, because one song that popped in my head while making this thread is that one, I remember seeing it posted here, I don't know how many months ago, and being blown away by her performance with Elvis.

this is the same daughter/it's ok from the touring band dvd but from a bootlegger's view

even 7 years later the "it's ok" part still get's to me, in a good way of course
