I know that Grace Potter and the Nocturnals have been mentioned here before, but I caught their show for the first time last night, and it absolutely blew me away. Has anybody else been lucky enough to see this act?

i've seen her twice before..
once opening for gov't mule @ the kool haus

and once at the mountain jam music festival at hunter mountain

she's got quite the voice

*sigh* Another band that never tours Canada (except for the obligatory Toronto date of course). The Nocturnals are a smaller, low-level touring band, so I guess it doesn't make sense financially for them to tour up here. It's probably a pain in the ass getting across the border as well. I just wish more American bands would pull a "Pearl Jam" every once in a while and tour the whole country.

caught the toronto show this past week and it was really good. she is quite easy on the eyes and can sing too.
