Question about an older soft rock song - BDS28 - 04-08-2008

I have a friend named Adelson and there's some soft rock song I hear once in a while at work where it sounds like the guy is singing "Aaaaaaaadelson" in the chorus...

If anyone could help me figure out what song this is I would be really appreciative.

Thanks a lot!
