Hell, I know it happens in Canada lol. I've got a cottage just out of the small village of Madawaska and everybody there literally is related. On another note, did anybody notice how cruel these parents actually are. Not only is there enough publicity behind this now that the kid'll never escape this... they named their kid Celeste... Now I don't know much about the dynamics behind father daughter sex, but I sure as hell wouldn't set my daughter up with such a rhyme-ready name.
