Wow, power vs finess on this one.
While The Drop Off is very strong, I hear it as more of a live favorite than an album top dog.
Scared on the other hand is so strong in it's simplicity, and the lyrics are outstanding. I remember one of the Evening With shows I saw had this as the first song back from the break. Such a perfect way to ease back into the show.

But seriously, as much as I like Scared, Drop-Off is the underdog and an amazing song. Scared is old and has already proven itself.
