so you know, i got the same response to my request.
perhaps a bug of some sort... do programs still get bugs? i know nothing about these things.

I suppose it helps it I put the correct email address into the mail server. Try it again now - I just double checked it and everything is working on my end.

HELP!
Not that it was working for me anyway, but I (or my IP address rather) got blocked from the tracker. I lost my log-in attempts even though I cut and paste the new password I had e-mailed to me.
Is there anyway I can get it reset?

What wasn't working for you? Why did you keep trying even though the previous 5 attempts at logging in were wrong?
