After an exhaustive search I finally found and purchased Rock Band for my boys for xmas. Anyone got it yet? It seems every online store is out of stock and Amazon has them for $300, ebay is around the same. My Walmart had 3 left $169 US. :jump

These are sold out everywhere around Buffalo.

I was able to place an order with Amazon for $169 before they removed them...whether it will be shipped on 12/14 like they say will be interesting to see.

It looks like there will be a lot more available after New Years but for now they are keeping the demand high and the supply very very low.

I got mine from a US company....came 2 days after the US release date by UPS (I didn't want to wait for the canadian release date Tongue

). I was surprised to see a hip reference in the game too! I was buying clothes for my charcter, and there is a pair of jeans called tragically hipsters, and the quote for the jeans is "looking for a place to happen?"

maybe they will have a hip song for download.....I can hope! The game is awsome! Beats guitar hero by far.

i got the stripped down ps2 version...just the game. not the bundle.

the guitar is WAY too easy. it is almost boring it is so easy.

but the songs are awesome

if you cant find rock band or guitar hero, get the kids some shares of the distributors and publishers of the games. Smile
