I met Gord S, Johnny and Rob one time at CBC studios when they were taping a performance for the Hour. It was kind of a fluke, I was walking out of the wharehouse/performance room and Johhny and Gord were standing out in the hallway part by their dressing rooms talking to fans.

what THO said....I've met them a couple times (both times in Long Island), and just kinda chilled by their bus, waiting patiently...some advice: don't be a drunken idiot, as the boys don't really waste much energy chatting or signing for annoying, slurring frat boys....

Be patient. Be polite. And as jgardz said, "don't be a drunken idiot."
Wait by the stage doors/tour bus. Don't bother trying to worm your way backstage as Ricky can smell a rat from a mile away.

Do any of the road crew members know the names of who?
And do we, as fans, know the names of the road crew members? Is that what you are asking? If so, Ricky and Billy Ray are two of the crew - but knowing their names will not get you anywhere as most fans know their names, or can find them out.

But if you know where they dumped the body.... totally different story

Gotcha.
MAv - he runs thehip.com - posts here quite regularly. Other than that
I am not aware of any of the members of the band, their crew or their management that post here.

ya, I've met them a few times. Sometimes I was just chillin by their bus, and like they said, be respectful and they'll give you time.
I've gotten backstage a few times, but I was with my ex-gf, and she wore something pretty low-cut, and Ricky said she could go, and then she said "Can my boyfriend come too?". Classic. He let us in.
Super nice guys, really laidback.
I was in Calgary once after a show waiting with a few Hipbasers, and one hipbaser (I don't remember who), asked Gord D how come they don't play songs from their first album. Gord responded "What, Up to Here?", and someone said, "No, The Tragically Hip"....he kinda just ignored it and moved on....so, don't ask about that album either I guess.
