Family Band Debuts on the charts - downie_24 - 06-07-2007

Family band came in at # 47 on the radio and records canadian rock charts. I have a feeling this one will make it top 3 for sure. It was the song with the 2nd most added plays in the country.

I've thought since I first heard the album that this song was their strongest............ I have never quite agreed with their choice of singles over the years, since M@W that is.

I'm pretty sure they pick their singles by putting on a blindfold and throwing darts at a board.

Agreed. Best single since Phantom Power's heavyweights if you ask me.

IMO, this should have been their first single of WC. Would have caused more of a stir than In View.

For the week beginning june 15th Family band jumped up 18 spots to #27. Check back tomorrow as I"m predicting it should be up in the top 15. I had mentionned a top 3 prediction but I"m gonna go all the way and say it will make it to #1

I still think Luv (sic) should have been the first single from WC.
