Sorry, I actually feel bad about plugging my band, but I just thought that people on this board would really enjoy one of these shows. Anyway, if you live in Winnipeg or anywhere west of it in Canada, you might want to check out my band The Deep Dark Woods (from Saskatoon) on our Western Canadian Tour...which actually starts on Thursday.

We actually got into nxne this year, but I don't think we can make it, seeing that we're on tour at the time. We will be coming out in September/October...as well as doing shows in the states.

Downstream in Jasper and Broken City in Cowtown are both pretty nice little venues.

It's touch to say, we don't have many limits....but I can tell you we've been compared to Neil, Dylan, the band, and mostly the flying burrito brothers/byrds/gram parsons. We're all very passionate about music....as well as our music. 4 part harmonies. good melodies. emotional music (not emo!!!!!)
