I still cant put Jim Cuddy's solo album down its fantastic, definitely worth going to see. I love Blue Rodeo but none of those dates will work for me unfortunately..

I seen The Jim Cuddy Band live for the first time (i have seen Blue Rodeo live before) this past November at the Confederation Centre in Charlottetown, and it was fantastic. I still haven't picked up his new album, but from what i heard of it that night it sounds great. I'll have to get it one of these days. The highlights of the night for me though were a pair of Blue Rodeo classics, "5 days in May" (which included a absolutely stunning fiddle-solo by Anne...i forget her last name), and the show main-set closer, "trust yourself", Jim's vocals & guitar work on that song was amazing.

Thinking about hitting up the Tralf in Buffalo for tomorrow nights show. Nobody to go with, might just have to go solo! Anyways, that would be $20 very well spent. Love the solo disc and if they throw in a few Blue Rodeo songs on top, that would be fantastic. Love 5 Days in May, one of my favorites!

They are also playing two shows November 9 and 10th at the Tralf in Buffalo. I'm going, anybody else in the Buffalo/TO area going? It's going to be amazing! :jump :jump
