I'm not sure anyone here is saying that he band "owes" us anything. In my case, I just want to point out that I would definitely be going to more shows per tour if the setlists were more varied. This is probably the case with most hipbasers, but we're a niche market. The majority of attendees at a concert would never consider going to more than 1 show per tour so it's not like the band is losing any money by not varying their setlists.

it's all good, and whatever they decide to play, is better than absolutely nothing, eh!
it's been a really really great ride with zero complaints. i love the hits equally as much as the rarities.
especially, i count my blessings every single day. i'm just happy they are delivering new quality music. that is all i can really hope for!!

Absolutely. This way of thinking has really increased my enjoyment level the last couple years. You have to manage your own expectations or risk disappointment.

Well said. I do however feel that it is possible to be positive and critical at the same time. Managing expectations is great advice but there will still be times you are dissappointed with a certain aspect of the show. Voicing these disappointments doesn't make you less of a fan and often makes for a more interesting discussion.
