Made the call to the Ticat ticket people. They admitted the system was not handled for the volume. I had purchased 3 in Box B, row 18 using the "back" button and they told me they didn't go through. Ended up giving me 3 more in Box B, row 7.

The downtown area is about 10-15 minutes by car\taxi from the venue and there is also plenty of public transportation.

Just an FYI
Out of the blue I just received a call from Hamilton TigerCats inquiring if I got tickets.
They explained the bad confirmations people saw and wondering if I got a confirmation email.
Then they asked if I had tickets or would like some.
