I got my Keen shoes but they were incredibly uncomfortable.... they fit but not comfortable at all. I'd trade the shoes for the CD.

Maple Music is a horrible company. I ordered a VHS copy of Heksenketel a bunch of years ago. After seeing that it had shipped out, and waiting for about 3 weeks for it to arrive I finally called them, only to find out that they were closed for 3 weeks, after leaving a message, and waiting for their reply when they re-opened for business, I heard nothing for another week and a half, after calling a bunch more times, I was finally able to speak with someone who told me the VHS was out of stock and there was nothing they could do for me.

I've ordered plenty of stuff from Maplemusic before and I've never had any problems, so I'm a little surprised that you guys still haven't received your Paul CDs. Usually I prefer to buy physical CDs, especially if it's one of my favorite artists. But this time I decided to buy it from iTunes so I could listen to it right away. If I ever come across a physical copy of the album (not likely in Calgary), I'll probably buy it anyway just for the liner notes.

I used to go on my lunch hour pick up any CD's I ordered right at Maple Music. The CD's to be picked up were always in a pile and the guy at the desk would have to go through them all to find yours. But it was pretty easy and hassle-free to get your stuff. I guess I should have done that this time. Hopefully we'll get the CD before Christmas.....
P.S., sorry you don't like the shoes, Chris!

I don't get why you guys don't have it yet. I received mine the 8th and I live in St. Catharines using the 1 - 5 day delivery...not that its far...Did you guys use regular snail mail?

Yup, I used the regular "lettermail" option. I'm 2 hours from Toronto, didn't think it would make that big of a difference.
I called Maple Music and have left a message, but no response yet.

still waiting in south florida. but my experience with maple music and shipping has been long to say the least. i usually forget what i ordered and then get a nice surprise 3-4 weeks later. same thing happened with Grand Bounce. preordered and recieved roughly one month later. but like i said with such a span from order to delivery it is like a surprise shows up in your mail box.

I finally received a call back from MM, she told me for certain that it was shipped but that Canada Post could be running a bit behind due to the season. I think that's bull myself, but I will give it to the end of the week before I call again.

The Christmas season isn't an issue. I sent over 5 million pieces of mail this year (I run a printing company that does a lot of direct mail) and deal with Canada Post every week. It is an incredibly efficient and effective system. They are not the cause of these delays in my opinion.
