You know, this looks a lot like it's on the wrong board. Looks remarkably non-Hip-related.

But I do have to ask: Esthete, how do you know they're mismanaging funds, if they won't tell you anything about how the funds are spent?

Hey now. Here in the inter-tubes my name is NegPhil or Negative Phil or occasional Positive Lee. Only my friend Barak aka Barry calls me Tim.

As I said. I have decided that if you can't beat the evil international right-wing conspiracy, then join them. I have drank the sweet cherry flavored cool-aid of conservatism.

Amusingly, Harper is indignant and calling for a full investigation of the leak.

Of the second leak, that is. Not of the original leak, which has been attributed to his office. That one, he hasn't said a thing about....

Hasn't Harper now expanded the investigation to include the PMO? Granted, he did it when his hand was forced...

When CPS first wanted to put its levy on the ballot, opponents asked that CPS be required to conduct its fiscal operations with a higher level of transparency should the levy pass, and they objected (of course).

That doesn't mean that we cannot become privy to poor fiscal management though conversations with CPS employees and clients, reliable investigative reporting, and piecing together information that IS of public record but not openly circulated (public meetings, city council meeting minutes, etc.)
