it would be nice but security is always pretty tight there & have no prob sending people back to their car when they have recording stuff. i've seen it happen many times --- then again, i've rec'd the audio to shows i've been to - so people have made it in.

i have the radiohead show i went to years back!!! amazing!

whaddya think bigA??? i don't think you'll get the dvd stuff in but what about the audio? is that easier to conceal?

Cool, thanks for the link! I suppose I could've looked that up myself. God I'm lazy.

Yessss and they will come to the Netherlands and I'am damned happy that I got tickets for the show in Amsterdam and Utrecht.
Two great events that gonna be, sure about that.
The summer will have a big start.

Just bought my Gorge tickets and would like some advice about what to do while we're there. They're selling camping passes for the weekend, can we camp there? can we go in and out for food and stuff? Do we park where we camp or do we need to buy separate passes? ANy help greatly appreciated

The Gorge is absolutely amazing..
Tons and tons of room -I can't explain how jealous I am.
I went to Widespread last summer, so my budget is blown.
Once you are in, you are in..you cannot leave with your car.
There are no open fires..but you can have a portable firepit.
There's a convenience store..showers all that..it' great

DAMNIT..**kicks dirt***

Have fun

Just bought my Sasquatch tickets. See you all there!

Rat-bastards, the lot of you!

I brought the festival to the attention of 3 of my pals, and we were all set to go as a group. When I got home to spring it on my wife, she kindly reminded me that it's my daughters birthday the day before.

My pals bought their tickets and are going to have a smashing good time...as I'm sure you guys will.

So you can't leave the grounds for 3 days? Sounds a little funny...Are you guys buying the 3 day camping passes? Do you have to buy parking passes on top of it?

Not sure about the parking passes, but my friends and I decided we're just gonna stay at a hotel in one of the nearby towns (Ellensburg or perhaps Wenatchee). One of my friends works for Best Western and says she can probably snag us a deal, so we're all good. We're only going down for the Saturday show, and then we're driving back to Calgary on Sunday. None of us were able to get 4 days off in a row, which sucks. But seeing the Hip, Ben Harper, Sammy Roberts, the Constantines, Neko Case, and Gomez all in the same day is good enough for me. I'm a little upset about having to miss Beck and Queens of the Stone Age on Sunday, but what can ya do.

It's just me - but I'd stay away from Wenatchee --- that seems like it would be a long drive...but then again, I'll be coming out from Yakima - a little over an hour (once you figure for traffic). Anyway, we'll all have to meet up for sure!

So is this the right list so far?...

It's too bad you are going to miss Queens. I wasn't much of a fan before, but my husband was and we saw them open for NIN last year. I was so impressed with those guys. Amazing group of musicians.

Unfortunately I'm a maybe at best at this point..... I'll be in poor old Montreal during the week (for work), so getting home and disappearing shortly thereafter for a weekend concert is not a very popular decision at home.
