Here's an interesting item that doesn't show up very often. I believe that all of the Japanese pressings are "SAMPLE" pressings, however.

I picked up a copy of this sealed over a year ago from eBay for about $45 shipped. I'd say this one is a little over-priced......

Agreed, this is way over priced. I don't feel that being sealed adds that much value. The value of this CD is that it is very rare and the best sounding digital version.

I don't think ebay really cares anymore about selling Hip boots. So I doubt policing would help.
He has been selling these 2 Hip boots for awhile now. He just sells them and relists them. He is also selling many other boots by different artists:
