OK so I did not open my Vinyl but went out and bought the CD so I could play it nice and loud and give it a proper listening to. Damn this Plan A album is pretty sweet. Instantly I have 5 songs that I reallly like, and the others are ok too, but on the previous 2 albums I did not have 5 songs I instantly liked right out of the gate.

Dire Wolf Wrote:Remember, this vinyl is cut from the digital master, so it shouldn't sound much different than the CD, depending on your source, of course.
i know when you place music onto a CD that you lose quality from the masters
CDs were great as a medium but the sound quality is still lacking.
Shouldnt the vinyl sound better by default or are digital masters "that bad" also?

I find Vinyl sounds more "full" where CDs sound "airy" if that makes any sence. I made that word up I think "airy" is the sound of music played thru a sewer, with a hint of tin. Vinyl sounds more like "thick soup" would sound if it had a sound.
