Thanks man, I appreciate it. If you can't find it, I have plenty of other Hip/band wallpapers. I like the ones you can download off the new website. The profile of Gord in his white button up shirt is great. He is doing something with his lips...I think he may have a guitar pic in them.
Classic Gord...great wallpaper!!!
Eliminate the obvious!!!

Sadly no Hip tattoos for me, as I have really fickle tastes and none of their artwork 'does it' for me.
I am still trying to find someone who can do a good job of extending one one my arm, so if there are any good artists out there who can take a theme and expand on it...
(no tazmanian devils or those little red devil things though!!)

mine looks a little different - and check out this image on Burns I found on my PC (I forgot I had this!)...you Simpsons fans may remember this from the Malibu Stacy episode when Smithers turns on his PC this screen comes up and it says "Hello Smithers, you're quite good at turning me on!" hilarious. I have the .wav of that sound clip too if anyone wants it :thumb:

Hey all. So...here it is, my final tattoo design. It's been cleaned up and cut down. I'm *really* happy with it, but am not sure what to do about color. The traditional nautical star is red and black, but I'm not married to the idea. Suggesstions are welcome. :thumb:
here's photobucket's version...I'm hoping the details are visible.

That is really nice, simple but effective...
No clue about colour though.

Not a fan of the nautical star. Its so trendy these days, the star and the lotus flower are everywhere. Not a knock on you Jenna because you are super cute so you can do whatever you want. But I have been thinking of a tat too and the nautical star keeps finding its way into my designs haha.

I don't like the trendiness of the nautical star either...however, the image carries relavance to me, and I feel that's what matters. In 10 years, trendy emo kids may regret their stars, but I know mine carries weight. However, if anyone has any alternate design ideas for the star, I'd love to look at them.

yeah, I'm not a fan of the nautical star thing either, but then again I have 2 myself lol. I plan on a cover up soon enough :/
More importantly is to find a great artist and be prepared to pay a good fee. When you get one ask for a consultation- he/she can work with you to create something more unique than the ol' NS. Around here we only have one good artist, and he insists on a consult before any work is done, and it takes a few months to see him.

BTW, it took about a year to regret my nautical stars; no where close to 10. And I'm not even Emo
