To me it sounds like a condensed version of the song, I think there's a cut at around the 1:10 mark. Could be wrong. Wow though, what a great sound on this one! Nice balance of soft and loud vocals from Gord, clear background vocals towards the end, and each instrument is perfectly clear (especially the bass at the end). Fantastic. Whoever said it sounds like the Hip again is spot on.

Haven't been too excited by their singles for the last 2-3 albums, BUT this song is fantastic. Absolutley sounds like older hip, if the whole album will have a similar sound, this is going to be amazing...to bad we have to wait til fall.

All I could hear was Gord's vocals, Johnny's drums, and Gord's bass. I barely heard the guitars.

Here's my best guess, using the HNIC recording, but the live recordings for the missing bits. I've been good at these Hip lyric predictions in the past -- which of course means nothing this time.

Funny, I thought the mix was just fine. The guitars, bass, drums, Gord's vocals...everything sounded nice and clear to me.
