I would tend to agree; however, he was instrumental in the Eagles' 4 NFC title game appearances and helped them to the Super Bowl just two seasons ago. And Philly fans are already about to show him the door.
Craziness.

I heard someone say, though I cannot remember who now, that next season Donovan McNabb will be the starting QB for the Chicago Bears. Even if McNabb is somewhat overrated (and even that is debatable), that would be a dream come true for Bears fans. Hell with their defense and special teams even putting someone competent at the QB position would be a dream come true... anyone other than Rex Grossbomb would be OK! Anyway if that does happen, "da Bears" would be an even stronger Super Bowl contender next season.
McNabb is still an elite QB, his struggles so far this year are in part due to his still recovering from offseason knee surgery (which often takes longer than people expect) and the fact that his receivers are CRAP!! Rarely have I seen a crop of receivers that could not get open if their life depended on it, it is quite awful. Manning and Brady would struggle with that misfit crew.
And no, this does not mean I'm bitter that I drafted Reggie Brown in one of my football pools. Nope, not bitter. At all. :rambo: :rambo: :rambo:

Yeah, but I'm not so sure he ever will recover. He's been banged around quite a bit over the years. I have my doubts as to whether his body will heal as well as it used to. Just my opinion, but I think Mcnabb is pretty much done. Remember Culpepper and his numbers before his serious injury.

Don't feel bad...the Bills have now lost:
Posluszny, Losman, McGee, Aiken, Denney, Wire, Webster, Preston, Ellison...
We are now playing with a CB at LB! Woo Hoo

Yes, yes there is. Steve Fairchild.
Having said that, BILLS WIN! BILLS WIN! It was over the equally dreadful Jets but a win is a win.
I hope the Cowboys go easy on the Bills in the Monday nighter next week. :?

A.J. Smith dropped the ball. Marty may not have a good record in the poststeason but HE GETS TEAMS there, which is more than a lot of coaches can do.
I'm not looking forward to the Bills/Cowboys game next Monday. :? Go Bills! :? :?

That's about as likely as my Bengals upsetting the Patriots tonight.
:?
I guess we just gotta
believe, eh? :thumb:
And I believe that Brady is going to shred our defense to bits on national television....
