I hadn't intended that to be a rhetorical question or a value judgment of one album vs. the other, but simply a statement of fact and, if in fact, it's true (and it would appear that it is) then it means this album has matched the sales of the last album without the boost of a second single or a full cross-country tour or a release outside Canada. That bodes well for total sales and not that sales are everything, but when you see a band work as hard as The Hip do, it's nice to see them financially rewarded for the effort.
