I saw Our Lady Peace there in May. It's nice little venue (probably around 2,000+ (like you said) at a guess). I remember it being quite long and thin, with loads of GA standing room. It had a great atmosphere, and I was very impressed by the bar-staff (especially the guy that was walking through the crowd all night selling beer from a tray - He didn't spill a drop! :thumb

The site has a pretty good look at the place. Bob and I are glad to see the second show and hope for the 3rd. Since our drive from Maine is about 8 hours we are happy to get more then one show.

Just got tickets to the show this morning through ticketpro. Surprised there were some still available. Looking forward to show number 12! I've seen some other shows there back in the day when I was living in Montreal. It's a great venue to see a show. It's gonna be awesome!

Don't tempt me with shit like this. Yes, $500 of the money I've earmarked for another large expense could cover flying into Toronto, seeing my girlfriend, then going to Montreal for the show, but I'm not sure how much longer she'd be my girlfriend if I spent that money.
I'm going to be fighting with this all day... Oy

Come on you Hip fans, buy up the remaining tix for these 2 shows so they'll add the 3rd.
...Can't go to the THU or FRI show - but the wife and I could swing the SAT show - and would love to go up there to see them at this great venue.

First thing:
Larger venue. That's not to say this wouldn't have sold out in Toronto in 2 minutes, but this is Montreal and not Toronto.
Second thing:
Very little advertisement for the second show. We all knew about it, but for the average fan, they may still not know.
Third thing:
Most fans will just go to one show (then there are the extreme cases, such as us). Friends of mine bought tickets to the Thursday show immediately, with no idea of a Friday or Saturday show.

I got a ticket for both shows last night, so they're still available. Amazing. I would have preferred to go to Vancouver as one of those shows is on my birthday but couldn't work that out. Not that I'm complaining, I'm just happy to get to any of these shows.
Hip trip #3 this year, I can't wait! :thumb:

If any of you are interested, please let me know as I am looking to move the two tickets I have for the show on the 10th. I can't go anymore and I would hate to see them go to waste and would prefer to sell them off to a loyal fan. Let me know if you are interested.
