Tool is just horrible IMHO, I could name 200 bands better than them.
And have you ever seen Def Leppard live? They rock out like no other.

Where are Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers? Any list that has Dixie Chicks, Motley Crue and Black Eyed Peas but not Petty is a little bit off.

Alright now, take it easy with the band bashing "Opiated". If I can recall, I'm not the one praising the depressing and horrible Fiona Apple in every other post. So any of your Fiona posts could go up there as "worst post ever."
If you've seen Def Leppard live, you'd definitely know what I'm talking about

Agreed, and what about John Mellencamp and his band? I find it a bit strange that they include Bon Jovi as a band when he's the frontman and nobody except their fans know who the other members of the band are, but not Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers or John Mellencamp.

i've seen both def leppard and fiona apple live, and if the only criteria you have for a good band is "rocking out" than yeah.i can see why you'd think they're good..but i actually thought they had played the same song 3 times when i saw them they all sound the same!!! Fiona was amazing live, and not all her stuff is "depressing"...if you've ever seen her live, you'd definately know what i'm talking about.

Well I've seen her perform live on Conan and Leno and it realllly looks like she doesn't want to be up there. Not one smile or even a look of interest from her.

i don't see gord smiling too much either on stage..i'm not going to a show to see somebody "be happy".i'm there to see them perform to the best of their ability and blow my mind..that's what fiona does...great..def leppard can smile better than fiona..right on..it doesn't make me happy
